I am getting induced tomorrow at 37 weeks due to IUGR at the 3rd percentile. I am excited to meet my girl but I am terrified. I have an anxiety disorder and I’m currently not medicated because I wanted to keep my daughter healthy and safe. I naturally panic over medicine or really anything health related anyways, let alone in this unpredictable situation. We did make the decision to not do an epidural because of my anxiety with medicine. Any thoughts, feelings, or experiences that could help ease my mind? I appreciate all of the thoughts and advice you all have to help me get through tomorrow. My 4-5 pound bundle of joy is already so loved and we can’t wait to meet her!
