Hey ladies, my 5 week old son has been having about 4oz of formula every 2-3 hours. Overnight he typically goes 5ish hours. His pediatrician wasnt concerned about the 4oz but i do know thats on the upper end of normal/slightly more. He was born 8lbs5oz and hes now 11.5lbs at 5 weeks which is the 75th percentile. Recently my son hasnt been satisfied after 4oz. I think hes hitting a growth spurt and developmental milestone week so i know his needs are increasing but i am hesitant to give him a full 5oz because that seems like a lot to me. What do you think? We are pace feeding and sitting him upright while he eats with burp breaks every oz and using the tommee tippee extra slow flow nipples.
