Anxiety about prenatal visits
Does anyone else get really bad anxiety before and during prenatal visits with their obgyn? Switching providers isn’t an option anymore but every time I see the doctor I tense up, she makes me so uncomfortable for some reason. Then again I have bad white coat hypertension. Anyone else how do you deal.
