Is coffee and alcohol bad for you while TTC ?

I only drink one cup of coffee a day and have maybe two drinks a week. I think as long as it's in moderation both should be fine!

I drank occasionally and had coffee everyday. Got pregnant the first month of TTC. I still drink coffee, but limit it to one cup (and of course no alcohol).

My SO drank alcohol regularly the entire time we were TTC & we still got pregnant.

As long as it's in moderation i should be fine.  I have 1-2 coffees a day max and have reduced my alcohol consumption. Planning to still have coffee when and just give up alcohol we do conceive.

I reduced my drinking to 4-7 drinks per week and got bfp 3rd try.
