Vitamin D deficiency
I received a call from my Drs office today and the results of my blood panel show I have a Vitamin D deficiency, actually the nurse made a point to say "not just a deficiency but a severe deficiency".
My Dr recommended I add 8000IU of Vit D3 supplements to my prenatals. Has any one else had this and did the supplements help?
