Taking my son to the doctor but wondering if anyone has seen this?? It was bumpy before and now it’s changed to red

I used to get that on my hands as a kid, it burned and itched. Turns out I was having a reaction to the fake kids sparkles that are in a lot of products. Even nail polish, any time I’d use it I would get those burning itchy bumps. Might be a reaction to something
