She is finally here 😍
By far my hardest pregnancy but totally worth it ❤️😊, she was born yesterday 01/23/22. Weighing 7.7 lbs, 19.5 inches long. Induced at 39 weeks due to having a “narrow pelvis”, my last one was 8 pounds exactly and he had shoulder dystocia (he got stuck in the birth canal) they had to get on top of me and help me push him out, naturally they didn’t want that to happen this time around. I am so grateful she is here safe and sound, we are so in love with our first baby girl. She had high bilirubin levels so we had to stay an extra night while she had UV lights on her to help her. We will most likely go home tomorrow, I’m still in a lot of pain from the vaginal delivery because they had to stitch me up a lot due second and third degree tears in the birth canal, so I don’t mind the extra night to help me manage the pain and getting help from the nurses. Overall I am so happy she is here, she is healthy and I’m finally done with this pregnancy!!! I was totally miserable these last couple of months, but it’s over! Yay!!! Good luck to all the mamas out there who are still waiting, I know it’s tough but you are almost done, and believe me it’s totally worth it and you feel like a super woman at the end of it all. 😊❤️ to a safe and healthy delivery for all of you and you little ones! 🎉🎊
Update:
Aria is now 10 days old, and she is so different than my boys, she actually sleeps!! I am so happy and grateful to have her. She will have her two weeks appointment soon and she is gaining weight fast. 😍
