Do you think I am pregnant?

I had a very faint positive now, I took it at 3pm because I couldn't wait until morning. It appeared within 10 seconds. My boobs are sore buuut I have been spotting for the past 7 days... TTC over a year.

So a small update...
The spotting turned into a lot more bleeding around the 29th of Jan so I ended up going to the emergency room. They didn't help me much but after a few hours the doctor said that I must take progesterone suppositories and go to the gynae. On monday my house doctor managed to get me an appointment with the gynae and then the gynae said it didn't sound good especially after all that blood with clots.
However that same day she called me that my HCG tripled in the past 72 hours and that is a good sign.
On 15 Feb we went to the gynae again and everything is perfect! There is a strong heartbeat already and this baby( yes, I know that it isn't considered a baby at 6 weeks) is a fighter!!
Hoping that this will help a mommy not give up hope.💜
