Gross photo but help!
This is the first time my baby has had poop like this. We do not give him iron he is formula fed. He was on nutramigen but since we can’t find it anywhere we are slowly putting him back on enfamil enspire. It’s green and mucus. He is 2.5 months old and is drooling excessively.
