My period keeps changing …
I came off the pill last June and since then my periods are not consistent. I’ve been on/off the pills for years and prior they always went back to fairly heavy and 6-7 days bleeding (a reason I went on to the pill in the first place. Now they are between 3-5 days. Sometimes I spot before, sometimes cramps. They start light, heavy for a day or two then brown bleeding for another 2 or nothing at all … is this normal?
