I take adderall daily for adhd. I need it. Refuse to give it up, so I’ve lived with terrible anxiety for years. 

I have EXTREME fear of flying. I am going to Hawaii next month so my doctor prescribed me a few Xanax for my flight. First, anyone take Xanax and wanna tell me if they think it’ll help? What will the effects be?

Also, and most importantly! Can I take my adderall on the days I take Xanax or should I stop taking the adderall for that week? I asked my doctor over 4 days ago with no answer, and Google is giving me both answered so totally not helpful.
