Anyone have completely different pregnancy symptoms from their first and ended up with same gender? I’m sure it happens a lot but I can’t believe how different & rough this pregnancy is for me lol

I’ve thrown up a lot, been nauseous 24/7, & don’t like the smell or look of meat. I thought this would all ease up by now (12+5) but feels like it’s getting worse. All different from my last pregnancy and I ended up with a boy 😇

Just wondering if this really could be a sign of a girl? 🤞🤔
