Help - pregnant or ovulating?

Hi ladies, I have PCOS so my cycle has been extremely irregular and hard to track.  I’ve been having symptoms the last few days so thought I’d test both as the app says I’m in peak fertile window right now.  Both taken within 5 mins.  What do you think?

Update; thanks ladies.  I did a test this morning and it was negative 😕 might wait a couple of days to try again but have booked in a dr appt for tomorrow to check everything out anyway.  Did BD anyway just in case I am actually in my peak fertile window 🤞🏽

You're pregnant. Call an make your appointment because having PCOS can cause low progesterone and cause a miscarriage. Get seen ASAP and let them know that you have PCOS and are at risk of miscarriage.

If the pregnancy test shows positive then you’re pregnant! Ovulation tests can also pick up the pregnancy hormone
