Worst case scenario it’s probably thrush, you can buy anti-fungal cream from any chemist, I’d ask your partner to get some too. It’s definitely not bv because it would have a odour, I’d get some just incase but if symptoms persist after treatment I would contact your general practitioner x

Yes it looks like it and when I get thrush my husband is always prescribed an antifungal cream to make sure he's clear too. Make sure you both get treatment if you're having sex
