Nausea before positive test?
I have been nauseous for 5 straight days with no other illness symptoms. I’ve taken several tests and they’re all negative. Period is due in 6 days.
I have an IUD but at my annual exam earlier this week she said she couldn’t find my strings so now I’m questioning everything. Have follow up with my doctor but in the meantime am wondering if it’s possible to have pregnancy symptoms before positive test?
