Anxiety
I woke up at 4:30 this morning worried about miscarrying. I’m 5 weeks and 6 days. I’ve never had a miscarriage, and this is my first baby. I’m having really bad anxiety, and it is consuming me. My first prenatal isn’t for another couple of weeks. Every time I discharge I run to the bathroom afraid that it’s blood. I know it’s not healthy, but I can’t think about anything else. I have tried to stop thinking about it. Is there anything that you guys have done to help with this? Or tips?
