I need some advice

Last Thursday (20/1) I went to see a recurrent miscarriage fertility doctor and I’ve waited for this appointment for months she said I tested positive for something called anti phospholid syndrome back in July and she retested me that day and prescribed me progesterone pessaries to use once I found out I’ve become pregnant and also said to alert her immediately so she can prescribe me blood thinners and aspirin

When I got home I decided to take a test randomly not expecting anything considering my period isn’t even due until 29/1 but it showed up with 2 lines , since last Thursday I’ve had 6 other very faint positives but it seems like they’re getting lighter

I’ve had 7 miscarriages and with none of them have I ever got positive tests before my period was due and I’ve never had implantation bleeding but this time I had some implantation bleeding I’ve had multiple tests coming back positive and I’ve had weird sensations in my boobs and had cravings

Should I panic that it seems like the lines are getting lighter or should I wait until after my period due date to worry if there’s no longer any lines ? I’m a bit confused as I had a lot of hope this time due to the implantation bleeding and many early positive tests but now I’m starting to worry

Any advice I’d appreciate so so much
