Looking back...
Okay ladies so we're all on this app for a reason, whether we're TTC or we're already pregnant, or already have kids, etc.. now for my moms who can think back to their FIRST PREGNANCY, and all these precautions , what you should and should not do preparing for baby, what you thought pregnancy would be like, all the "signs" and "symptoms" we were looking for during the TTW, then got pregnant and all the other worries and stresses came on ? What you should use , cant use, etc. Like looking back... do you think it was extreme and too much, giving ourselves anxiety and making us stress, instead of just enjoying the process and letting things happen? I feel like that's when I got pregnant , I was trying for about 4 months , taking prenatals ahead of time, BBT temping and charting , avoiding alcohol , tryna eat right drink more water, stressing myself logging this and logging that, the month I just let it be, and said my prayers, I actually had a club cocktail when I got pregnant , I was relaxed and not focused on TTC, I pee'd directly after and then took a shower directly after that (things people say you shouldnt do ttc) but like just looking back, my point is I feel we stress ourselves worrying about every little detail, every little sign, just RELAX, and I feel that's when it happens.. anybody else feel this way?
