Do you ovulate regular after giving birth?

I had a baby in November.. i got my first period december and just finish my January cycle.. now i started tested ovulation this week to see if im regular again since my periods went right back to normal.. and my ovulation tests just keep getting lighter. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I had my son last March and went right on birth control at my 6 week appointment, stopped taking it after August of this past year, had my first period since having my son in September and got pregnant in October after that cycle. It unfortunately ended in a chemical pregnancy then after that I got pregnant again which ended up ectopic and I lost my left tube. So yes it is possible to ovulate again right away.
