I’m having a strange situation. My periods are extremely regular and follows the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">Glow app</a> exactly. My flow is very regular, not heavy. This month my period was to start on the 22nd but I had spotting the same day my period was to start. Spotty was extremely light pink and stopped for a few days and light spotting happened yesterday. Could this be my period or implantation? It’s confusing because it just happened to fall during a time I should have my period.
