So my 4yo must have slept in a bad position and woke up this morning complaining his neck/head hurts. He won’t turn his head to the right or touch his shoulder with his head because hurts too bad. Poor thing is walking around with a slight tilt because of it. When he looks right, he turns his body to look or else he feels pain…

I gave him motrin earlier and now I put a warm compress but is there anything else I should do other than wait?

@genevive - lol Im not taking him to the doctor because of a stiff neck… cmon. Theres people out there with actual sickness and covid and stuff. Im sure he’ll be fine soon I just wonder if there is anything else I can do for him by myself at home! Thanks tho
