Nov/Dec I stopped taking birth control due to the hormonal imbalances I was enduring. I am use to my cycle changing in April or October but, this has me totally baffled.

My cycles have been normal up until -(Yesterday) I noticed what feels like my left ovary twitching next, my period just came back on today cramps and all. I just had it the 4th on January.

2 periods in 1 month 😪
