What next??

So I been trying for 5 months I still didn’t get my positive sometimes I think it my weight being overweight and a fat stomach. . What can I do next ? Need advice

5 months is not that long to be trying. A healthy couple can take a year to conceive. You can use ovulation strips to track your ovulation. If you are under 35, then after a year of trying you should see a specialist. If you are 35 or older, try for another month and then see a specialist. Good luck

I know you’re going to get this response a lot, but 5 months is not long for trying to conceive. Track ovulation, time sex appropriately, don’t use lubricant that isn’t semen friendly. If you’re under 35, talk to your doctor after a year of trying with no success or if you’re having miscarriages. If you’re concerned about weight affecting things, just generally ask your doctor their thoughts.

Hey, I would track ovulation using OPK sticks as a baseline. If you want to be even more thorough then BBT too to find out when you’re ovulating. I believe the other poster meant that it could take couple up to a year before doctors get involved (which is the point of TTC most of the people in this group are at). Good luck x
