Lightning crotch

Has anyone ever experienced a sharp stinging pain in your back at the same time that you get lightning crotch? Im almost 34 weeks and I keep getting what I think is lightning crotch along with a severe stabbing pain in my lower back. I’m not sure if this is normal or if this early labor symptoms. This is my 3rd baby and I never had this problem with my other two.

**I already spoke with my doctors office and they want me to monitor and come in if it gets worse.
