Back labor pain
Hi everyone! I am almost 30 weeks pregnant with #2… I did not have a great birthing experience the first time around. The main issue was extremely horrible back pain. I do not want to get an epidural this time around. Anyone have any great suggestions for how to handle extreme lower back pain while in labor OTHER than epidural? Any words of advice are greatly appreciated! Thank you ☺️🥰
