PCOS is endlessly unfair.
I know so many women can relate to this. I’ve been on a health kick of the mind and body and really trying to improve my health overall for almost 3 months. I meal planned all three meals everyday (all PCOS friendly). I do yoga every morning and I take all of the supplements my doctor recommends. In a very focused 3 months, I lost about 4.5lbs. Then this week (which isn’t even over) I missed my yoga on 2 days and had pasta for dinner once. I gained it all back plus some. In 4 days, I undid 3 months of hard work. I am going to keep going, I want a healthy body, but my physical body is not getting the memo. Mornings like this when you step on the scale and see your starting weight after months of hard work are just a punch in the face.
