Please advice, help.....

Baby girl just turned 13 months today and I dont know if this is a growth thing, phase or what but she is refusing all foods. She would graze a bit but after 2 bites of anything she is DONE. Then the tantrums come when we try offering her more. Same thing with drinks, 2 sips and done. With sleep She's been getting up around 3 am -4am and refusing sleep even though her eyes are drowsy. Normally she would sleep from 8:30pm to 7am. I know she wants to eat because she communicates food along with her hand gestures but then spits it out or just shuts her mouth In protest. She even refuses icees treats/Popsicles. I'm just trying to get something in her belly. Side note, her top front tooth just popped through but I can't check her mouth for any sores if any because she is stubborn. Diapers are atill normal output. So that's weird. She does not seem like she is In any discomfort at all either.

I'm at a loss. It's been this way for 3 days now and the Dr is no help. So any tips or reassurance would help ease my mind.
