Best Time to test with OPK?

When is the best time to test with the OPK? First thing in the am after I take my BBT?

Apparently it's early afternoon. That's when your LH is supposed to be the highest.

Answer

I did one a day for seven days last week and got nothing (despite glow saying it was my week) and only today did I get a really strong response. The week before I took them every day at 2pm and I took today's one at 5pm (forgot to take it before I went out) and it was the strongest. 
This might just be coincidence but I thought I'd share my story.
