Bio Oil or Vitamin E Oil?

are they basically the same thing? 
to help prevent strechmarks 
yes I know it's all genetics, but I would rather use something rather than nothing. 
which would you chose out of the two? I'm 32 weeks pregnant

I loooove bio oil. I use it daily still and I'm 7 months post partum.

I heard bio oil works really well. Just double check if u are pregnant. Also cocoa butter i heard works well.
