I need to file a complaint. Long story short since having my baby in October I haven’t been paid and now they’ve canceled my health insurance. I have provided every document they have sent me via email and fax, time stamped and saved for proof and I’m still getting the run around. I’ve tried looking online and I’m getting confused. I left several message and haven’t received a call back yet but I really need to get this ball rolling. Long story short I work for a hospital and am part of a union. I need to file a complaint against the union but can’t figure out how. When looking at the dept of labor it sent me to NLRB but it’s not a discrimination complaint.. I’m so confused. Can anyone help?
