HCG levels not doubling

Can someone shed some light for me I am 4 weeks and 2 days I got my first blood work done on Monday and it came back at 70 and Wednesday it came back at 122. Do I need to worry? I know it was a little shy of 48 hours. I’m so nervous after having an ectopic back in September
