Safe for breastfeeding?

Question

I am looking for a stronger face wash because the regular cerave isn't working anymore. I am 3 months pp and my hormones are crazy and so is my skin. These are two different cerave cleansers. I am breastfeeding so I need something safe with safe ingredients

So it recommended salicylic acid not be used  during pregnancy or Breastfeeding, but my OB said that washes with 2% or less is fine because it isn’t on skin very long . So according to her this wash would be okay. I love cereve products !

I use the neutrogenia version of this. During pregnancy and breastfeeding. Never had any issues
