Should I be worried

Hi everyone, I’m a FTM here and I just need a second opinion since no one is answering. Today, out of no where I felt really dizzy, blurry vision, had trouble breathing, and a bit of numbing on my right hand. I called my OB and the nurse told me I should go to the ER but to wait until the doctor calls you. That was around 1:30. I haven’t gotten a call back. I still feel a bit dizzy and sometimes trouble breathing. There’s no bleeding or leaking fluid. So I’m just afraid of going to the ER and not hearing good news. Should I still go even though it’s been awhile since it happened?
