Does this look like a lip tie?

He’s been cleared for tongue ties but I have no clue why his latch is so poor, this is my only idea.

My daughter has a lip tie too but no real latch issues. My midwife said it was fine to leave it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes! I would use a pediatric dentist vs your pediatrician. Both of my kids have had them reversed with a laser
