Please help.

I am 6 weeks pregnant exactly. While at work I went to the bathroom and wiped, I noticed a small amount of watery pink blood. It was not in my underwear, just when I wiped. When I got home I went to the bathroom and wiped again, this time the blood was brown and much less. Now nothing at all. Have any of you experienced this?

Edit: I have not had any sort of cramping, I’ve already contacted my OB. They aren’t concerned but do want me to get bloodwork for my own reassurance.
