Nightmares
Anyone else having very vivid dreams every night… I’ve been dealing with this multiple times a week. It’s been very frustrating… 2 nights in a row now I’m waking myself up crying and yelling out over a nightmare. I had vivid dreams when I was pregnant with my last baby too but I don’t remember it being multiple days in a row. Then I wake up to heart racing and I can’t fall back asleep for over an hour because I can’t get the images out of my head…
