Really struggling today..

I was 11 days late, and had several faint positives. Boobs were extremely sore, super emotional, no cramps, no spotting, just waiting for the line to darken to get my clear bfp.

This morning when I woke up to test again, after I tested and was waiting I wiped and instantly fell heartbroken. I started bleeding today, and haven’t stopped since. I didn’t see a doctor or get my levels drawn, I just had that feeling and the other things above that went along with being late.

We’ve been trying for 2 years for #2, and gone through a lot of money on male infertility medicines and tests. I’m so sad, and I know I have next month or the month after. But I’m just starting to feel so disheartened. Anyone experience similar and eventually get successful? TIA
