16 weeks pregnant October 30th 2021 -

How many weeks would I be right now ?

I got two 3D ultrasounds done this was my first one November 16th 2021

Second one January 9th 2022

Original ultrasound 13wks 1day October 6th 2021

Does baby look bigger then 16 wks ? In first ultrasound ? Also the second one I thought I might be 27 weeks I’m so confused on the date some say baby looks like he could be out before April my last period was June 2nd - dident get implantation bleeding till first month of July and it was definitely implantation bleeding it was shorter then my period .
