In need of some advice

I am needing some advice. My period is 4 months late. Me and my hubby have been ttc for nearly 2 years ( I'm 26 and he's 34) I have spoke to my doctor and he has referred me to the fertility clinic gynecologist and endocrinologist. I have hypothyroidism which is currently not treated yet (waiting on the endocrinologist appointment). I have been getting negative pregnancy tests. I have spoke to my doctor as I keep getting cramps, feeling sick and tired constantly he has told me it's normal symptoms of my period but it doesn't arrive. Has anyone else got this before?
