Having a 4 year old and a new born

How do you cope having to entertain your ; year old and looking after the baby. My eldest will be so bored and misbehaved sometimes. I play with him when baby is asleep but it’s not always easy. He says things like he wants to annoy the baby he doesn’t like when daddy gives attention to the baby. He likes the baby will kiss him but stil feels jealous.
