Prenatal w/ or w/o food
I’ve been taking Nature Made Prenatal vitamins with 200mcg of DHA. It’s hard for me to remember to take them with food. I even set a reminder in my phone and I still forget. So I just take them in the morning when I wake up and see the bottle on my night stand. The instructions recommend to take with food for better absorption but does anyone else take prenatal w/o food? Thanks
