Tipping stylist

I recently had hair extensions put in and I’ve had 5 fall out since. It’s been about 4 days. I’ve had extensions for a year and I always have a few that fall out but never before three weeks of them being In. She will put them back in problem, but do I tip her for this? I’m not sure why they fell out but she did nothing different so it must of been the products I put in my hair. I don’t wash my hair for two days or put anything in it but I did start putting new heat protectant in that’s very oily that may have caused it
