Symptoms come and go

Does anyone else’s symptoms come and go? I’m 4 weeks 5 days and some days I don’t feel very pregnant. It drives me insane. I’m already so worried about this pregnancy that when I don’t feel pregnant 100% of the time I am ready to cry.
