Hi! I really don’t know how to start this so I’ll just spew it all out

Me and my partner welcomed our little girl in March 2020, January 2021 we decided we wanted to try and expand our family. In May 2021 we found out we were pregnant but unfortunately miscarried in the September. When I miss carried they done a check to see if everything was okay and given a clean bill of health. However, January 2022 and we still haven’t conceived and I’m feeling more deflated than ever.

Im Type 1 diabetic with average control (4.0-13.0). Im classed as obese but weigh 12stone and 5”3 and get comfortably into size 14, I am muscly under my layer of fat. I’ve also got a cycle that’s 5 weeks long which I know is longer than the average, before my miscarriage I was averaging a 4 week cycle.

I guess I’m just looking for any advice, any stories that give me hope really. I want nothing more than to give my girl a little sibling
