How?!

How do you hold your pee for 4hrs twice a day, barely drinking anything all day to do this…. I feel like I’m going to get a UTI and I’m so dehydrated trying to not drink and have dark urine. This is torture

I try and drink a lot in between the testing times and then I probably only hold for 2 maybe 3 hours max. So for instance I’ll wake up and drink my tea and have a decent amount of water and then once all that’s out of my system and I’m not peeing every 5 minutes I slow down a little and then generally test around lunchtime. Then same thing drink a lot/ normally with lunch and once it’s out of my system I test after dinner sometime.  It is a balancing act though! I’ve had to test twice at night before if I think it was a little too diluted based on my line progressions.

I dont hold my pee for 4 hours,I’m lucky if I make it an hour honestly and I still get positive opks I usually test between 6-7pm
