How do you relieve trapped gas?? 😭😭😭

My stomach has sharp pains from gas that has lasted for about 24 hours now, it hurts so much it made me vomit several times. I can barely move, im in so much pain

I’ve tried:

Hot compress

Hot showers

Some yoga

Tea

Coffee

Sleep

Simethicone (anti gas)

Water

Rest

NOTHING IS HELPING AND I CANT HANDLE THIS ANYMORE, please help

Edit to add: simethcone is gas x & I’ve taken the max dose possible, and have been trying to go to the bathroom all day
