I am currently waiting for my ride to go to urgent care.

I have no ear pain or anything, but the part of my jaw near my ear lobe on the right side and in behind my ear, randomly and quickly. After about 30 minutes and me pressing it to see if it’s an abscess (I don’t think it is- there’s no cyst or pain around my teeth in that area although I do have a bad cavity- it just doesn’t hurt or anything) the size is just half the size it was now.

My jaw pops when I open my mouth, I think I have TMJ if that has anything to do with it, and before it happened, I was eating dried mango jerky. Which is kinda really tough. Could I have pulled something? Or could it have been a allergic reaction? Hopefully the urgent care can tell me. Just freaked me out how quick it swelled.
