I started using it sparingly when my daughter had sleep issues after baby no 2 was born. She was exhausted but just really struggled. I don’t give her a full dose of the kids gummies, I’ll usually cut them in half. It does work though, but I will say, it takes about 30 or so minutes for it to work, and it doesn’t stop her from waking up, just helps her to fall asleep. And I only use it on the rarest of occasions.

I actually asked my pharmacist about it because my son takes forever to fall asleep and wakes up early. He advise me to wait till at least 4-5 years old. He said till then its not abnormal that kids have trouble sleeping. However it depends on your situation.
