Exercising in early pregnancy?

After two chemicals in the last year I decided to give up trying and join a gym and get toned for my wedding in 5 months instead. I started the first week of January and have been doing a mixture of classes weights and cardio, circuits etc.

I’ve just found out I’m pregnant again last night (unexpectedly) so I’ll be early on about 3-4 weeks. Can I continue doing my classes or should I stop and do more gentle workouts?

Im too scared because I’ve had two early miscarriages/chemicals and don’t want anything to risk my chances of this being a healthy pregnancy but don’t want to stop if I don’t need to.
