Off to a good start

Had my intake appt on Friday and they made me do the one hour glucose test. I failed big time!! I thought I might be pre diabetic due to a 12lb weight gain over the last year and yeast infections. I’ve never had to take the glucose test this early in pregnancy and I’ve never failed one in my previous pregnancies. What do I need to do?
